November 2022 Funding Committed

The Board of Fife Environment Trust recently met to consider 12 large grant requests for funding.

Of the 12 applications submitted, the Board agreed to approve 7 project including:

  • £19,631.70 to Crail Community Partnership towards costs associated with replacing the old gas boiler with a more energy efficient and environmentally friendly alternative;
  • £30,331.50 to Greenheart Growers towards costs associated with enhancing the infrastructure at Greenheart Growers site in Kinghorn;
  • £45,126 to YMCA Glenrothes towards costs associated with improving the energy efficiency of YMCA Community Centre;
  • £17,730 to Pitteuchar, Stenton and Finglassie Community Council towards costs associated with creating a path on the North side of Stenton Pond.

In total £208.510.20 was committed by the Trust for projects to improve public amenities.
