November 2020 Funding Committed

The Board of Fife Environment Trust recently met to consider 11 large grant requests for funding.

Of the 11 applications submitted, the Board agreed to approve 8 projects including:

• £36,189 to 4th Fife (Cardenden) Scout Group towards the costs associated with rebuilding a new Scout Hall
• £45,000 to Friends of Craigtoun Limited towards the costs associated with fully upgrading the main public toilet block located within Craigtoun Country Park
• £17,921 to East Neuk Centre Trust towards the costs associated with installing a new heating system
• £40,000 to Lundin Sports Club towards the costs associated with replacing the existing tennis courts with all-weather courts.

In total £292,400.56 was committed by the Trust for projects to improve public amenities and helping improve biodiversity.
